Since 2015, I’ve served as Chief Negotiator and Director of Grievances for the Organization of Staff Analysts. I am currently serving on the union's Executive Board as Grievance Officer. Most recently, I have led and/or am leading the union’s negotiations at the Department of Education, the NYC Transit Authority and for the union’s uniformed services unit.
An attorney trained in and specializing in labor relations, I graduated from Cornell University's School of Labor Relations in 2004. The world of labor is not a hobby, side project or second job; it has been my primary life focus since the age of 18.
Representing OSA members has been my profession, passion, area of expertise and livelihood since I joined the union in 2009 and my commitment to serving OSA members remains firm. Prior to representing the members of OSA, I held positions with the National Labor Relations Board and the Screen Actors Guild union, now SAG-AFTRA.
With nearly 15 years of work in the City system, I am a known player at the Mayor's Office of Labor Relations and the labor relations departments of most, if not all, City agencies and have regularly attended meetings of the Municipal Labor Committee on behalf of the union, alongside Chairperson Bob Croghan.
I pride myself on experience, honesty and integrity, having successfully represented, assisted and negotiated on behalf of thousands of OSA members through the years. In that context, I seek your support as I run for the position of Vice-Chair of the union.
